「お家を作りたい！」ということで、段ボールでお家を作りました。

“We want to build a house!” So we made a house out of cardboard.

お家の中は真っ暗です。その中で以前作った望遠鏡に光を当てると幻想的な雰囲気が浮かび上がりました。その様子を見た子どもたちは感動していました。子どもたちは様々な色を重ね合わせ、何色になるか実験を始めました。

It was pitch-dark inside. When we put lights in the colored telescopes we had made earlier, a fantastic atmosphere emerged. The children were moved by the sight of the telescopes. The children began experimenting to see how many colors they could make by connecting the telescopes.

子どもたちはしばらくお家から出てきませんでした。

The children did not leave the house for a while.
