PAL @Hiroo Making Natto

Ms. Rumi introduced to us one Japan’s traditional food, “Natto” (fermented beans).

We enjoyed making it together especially feeling the slimy texture in our hands as we touch the beans and fill our boat-shaped straw , w rap it and keep it in a warm container to be ready for fermentation.

We are so excited to see and taste the ooey gooey fermented beans we made!!
