The Tokyo Chapter of the National Association of Small-Scale Childcare Facilities, headed by Yuzen Saito, Chairman of the Seiwa Gyogaku Group, visited each political group in the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly and submitted a request document titled "Challenges and Requests Regarding the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Budget Request for Fiscal Year 2027 for Small-Scale Childcare Facilities."

We exchanged opinions on various challenges faced in childcare settings and conveyed our requests for the future childcare environment and the sustainable operation of small-scale childcare businesses.
