We're holding our annual Halloween community event again this year!
We all dressed up in costumes and started from PAL International Preschool @ Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, which was our meeting point.
Let's enjoy interacting with local people while visiting shops around Tama Station.

Why not create lasting memories with your family, friends, or children?
We welcome everyone, from toddlers to elementary school children!
The costume ideas will also be a surprise until the day of the event.
Don't forget to bring bags to put the sweets in (any bags you have at home will do).
