PAL International Preschool @ Tokyo University of Foreign Studies was created through a collaboration between Tokyo University of Foreign Studies and the educational corporation Seiwagakuen.

The event featured a dialogue between Nobuo Haruna, President of Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, and Yuzen Saito, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Seiwagakuen Educational Corporation.
